How Delivery Works
Digital products may be delivered instantly or may require manual processing. The delivery method and any estimated delivery time should be shown in the relevant product information or checkout flow.
Payment Confirmation
Delivery begins after payment has been successfully confirmed. Some payment networks may require additional confirmation time before an order can be processed.
Instant Delivery
For products marked as instant delivery, access or product information may be made available automatically after successful payment confirmation.
Manual Delivery
For manually processed products, the order is reviewed and fulfilled by the delivery process used for that product. Estimated times may be affected by order volume, stock verification, or payment confirmation delays.
Customer Information
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate information required for delivery. Incorrect or incomplete information can delay fulfillment.
Delayed or Missing Delivery
If an order has not arrived within the expected timeframe shown for the product, contact Support with the order details so the delivery status can be checked.
Stock Availability
Available stock shown on the website can change as orders are placed or inventory is updated. If a confirmed order cannot be fulfilled, Support will review the available resolution.
