Refund Policy
Because BinjoMaster sells digital services/products, every refund request is reviewed carefully by admin. This policy explains the review process.
1. Digital Order Nature
Digital orders may become non-returnable after delivery. Refund eligibility depends on payment verification, delivery status, product availability, and the issue reported.
2. When Refund Review May Apply
- Payment was received but the ordered item/service was unavailable.
- Duplicate payment was confirmed for the same order.
- Order could not be completed after admin verification.
- Buyer entered a valid TXID but delivery was not completed within the stated review window.
3. When Refunds May Not Apply
- Buyer submitted wrong contact details and did not respond to support.
- Buyer selected the wrong product or network after confirming the order.
- Payment cannot be verified on the selected crypto network.
- The order has already been delivered correctly.
4. Required Details for Review
To request review, buyers should provide Order ID, delivery email, crypto network, transaction ID/hash, and a short explanation of the issue.
5. Resolution Options
Depending on the case, admin may approve replacement, delayed delivery, store credit, or refund review. Final resolution is handled by BinjoMaster admin.
